Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date, provided that:

  • The item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging

  • All original tags, dust bags, and accessories are included

  • A valid proof of purchase is provided

We do not accept returns on final sale items or gift cards.

2. How to Request a Return

Please include your order number, item(s) to return, and reason for the return. We’ll guide you through the return process.

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

3. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.
